What Were Looking For:

    Experienced drivers with a background in track instruction, coaching, or competitive racing

  • ✅ Certification

    A Motorsport Safety Foundation Certification Level 2 or higher.

  • ✅ Clear Communication Skills

    Strong communication skills—clear, patient, and motivating.

  • ✅ Motorsport Passion

    A passion for motorsport and creating unforgettable experiences.

  • ✅ Safety First Mindset

    Prioritize guest safety while keeping the excitement high.

  • Podium finisher in GTA & SCCA National Time Trials.
  • Endurance racing in Lemons, AER, ChampCar.
  • Author of "A Guide to HPDE Instructing."
  • 16+ years of Audi Club Winter Driving School experience.
  • Coach for multiple high-performance driving programs.
